Are you using Gmail?
If no, it's time for the switch.
Gmail is the free, web-based email service offered by Google.
You can access Gmail on the web, as long you have an internet connection.
I like the "Archive" feature on Gmail. Just hit "Archive" when you are done with the mail.
When you need to look for certain email, just seach for it.
There is no need to create folders to "file" your emails. It's neat.
Another important feature is, if you have an email address somewhere else, you can use Gmail account to manage both the incoming and outgoing of that email address.
Thus, switching to Gmail account does not mean that you need to change your email address.
Gmail will check your email and bring it into your account.
When you send an email, it will look like it is coming from your other account.
Basically, nobody knows you're using Gmail and you don't have to change your email address.
Just go to "Settings" in Gmail, click on the "Accounts" tab, then click on "Add a mail account you own" from "Get Mail From Other Accounts” and choose the other email address under the “Send mail as”.
Other than the email account, you will also have access to a wide range of Google services and applications.
Go to Gmail to sign up. It is free.
